OT- where is old gang?

One thing I've tried to get across to folks here (And elsewhere) is that the Owner of the site and the Moderators (If the owner grants them such privelages) decide on and enforce the rules and have EVERY RIGHT TO DO SO.

They could quitle literally make a rule that says every post must begin with "Quack, quack, I'm an Aligator on a bolivian lardboat" if they wanted. (This would seriously limit my posting, mind you)

I know of sites that have FAR more restrictive rules than have been put in place here.

We've got it good here.

Until they start with rules that are unfair and discriminatory*, there's nothing to whinge about.

Point Blank, the Hate messages Must Stop.

Those that post these can stop on their own or BE Stopped. (had I been made a Moderator, I wouldn't have been as lenient for as long as these guys have. Call me Fascist all you want.)

I know that without Peter's site, I'd probably still be in the dark as to what type of car the BoB is and the history behind it. Also without Perter's site, I wouldn't have done the following:

Met Phil Newell and actually import a real life XB.

Met Doug/family and gone to Canada and vice versa several times.

Actually went to the Ford 100yr Celebration to see 22 Falcons all in a row. (Pity mine was still on the boat.)

Met Wrinkles while at Doug's and gained a friend halfway around the planet.

Have traded artwork for items to several people now (Wrinkles, Doug, Adrian, etc.)

Found a market for model parts I've casted, selling/giving away 57 of them to 9 countries.

Have pictures of models and artwork posted on this site.

Had a friend send in a V8 Supercar Soapbox Derby Car pic and got it published in Australian Muscle Car Magazine, Reader's Rides section (because I was too sceeared).

Talked to people all around the planet.

Learned way more information than I thought I ever would on my own about the Max universe...

Sooo...It would be a shame to lose everything we've built up so far...to become like them...like that...garbage...out there.

...and took my first ride in Doug's black primer BoB, blower screaming through the canyon of buildings in St. Catherines and parking at Lundy's Lane. Should I mention the pic of you getting arrested by the OPP?

(Like getting mentioned in five of the other points wasn't enough???!!! Some peoples kids...Sheeesh!)

Though we may end up offending some poor Bolivian lard boat operator??? (ok... i do have a question..... why would anyone want to carry lard in their boat??? Is there some sort of shortage in Bolivia we should know about?)

Sorry Bnoze21....just bustin your hump! I found a few other GIFs online so i can now use different ones from time to time. e-mail me and I'll sendya the links to the ones I have so you can copy them. I also have some american graffiti GIFs.
