super mutants would be cool!
show the way some poeple had been mutated by the fallout. Maybe have some sort of tyrannical organisation trying to restore order maybe the "Enclave" or something... and max has to destroy it!

Max v Super Mutants ..... .. ... hmmmm. Perhaps if they were half-mutant half-turbo Raptor, you could get an interesting storyline?
Lets look at the heading to this thread. In essence, Max began as a Road 'Lawman', beacame a Road 'Warrier', then spent a bit of time off-road. If, as I suspect, this episode gets back to its roots, Max will once more spend time on the 'Road', in exactly what form or for what purpose we can only speculate.
There has to be a reason its called Fury 'Road'. The very inclusion of that term would signify some type of action on a road of some sort - perhaps Fury Road is the only link between Max's present (new) comfy environment as the benevolent Overlord of a fragmented remnant of society, and a new beginning (perhaps on another planet ?). I realise this is mirroring RW, but the timelines have changed, and an escape to Fulfillment on Mars may not be as crazy as it first sounds. I keep thinking 'future', what could you expect from Max as he approaches retirement age ??
If max did indeed regain any type of social 'consience' from BTD, you would expect this to already have developed prior to any action in FR. What possible links could there be from the children of BTD to any future civilisation ? Would this be a possible extension anyway ? Perhaps their time was over in any case?
I sincerely hope that GM provides a fulfilling closure to the life and times of the Road Warrier.

um, gee i don't know, maybe cause one minute, the MAD MAX series isn't enough for him, and then he turns into UNCLE's twin brother, looking for metaphors in the series, like he cares or something.

It's definately worth repeated viewings. Miller graces his films (MM ones at least) with a staggering amount of visual information. You simply can't see everything in one sitting (or 10, or 100.) If I pay close attention, I pick up on something new every time I watch.
Tonight I re-watched for the 71th time the THIRD part of THUNDERDOME (from the coming to Underworld 'til the very end...) and I NOTICED in the Chase Scene 12 NEW DETAILS never realized before. That's magic! 'Nuff said.
