Hey, Bronze21, You live near Royal Oak? I was born in Rochester & lived in Lake Orion for 5 years. (haven't been back in like 20 years though) How's the old 'hood doing?

I assume you'll be at the Centennial, being so close?

Wasteland, err, Westland actually. I've only lived on this side of the mitten for almost 3 yrs now. Before that, it was 2 yrs in Holland, 175 miles West. Royal Oak is still the fun town. Woodward has slowed down as far as cruising/racing until the dream cruise (too many bronze out now). Telegraph and I-696 are the places to do that. Detroit (combat zone) is trying it's darndest to rebuild itself after the big 3 pulled out. The place is littered with casinos now...and a new stadium for the Tigers to lose in. :P

That's a big 10-4 on the 100yr. I think every gearhead in towns going to be there, Ford or otherwise. Yourself?

i remember a rap music video done to a MM3 theme. It was complete with Auntie women and Hummers. I think Tupac Shakur was in it. I remember the music was very good.

And the Phil Collins video: "Billy, don't loose my number" has an homage to the tanker chase in MM2.

In NO ESCAPE with Lance Henrikson.

The whole atmosphere is fairly close to Mad Max 2
I could probably make it on my own, but I like you kids.

Reboot had a Road Warrior derived episode. Tanker full of RAM or something like that. Very classic. "Just walk away... RUN!"

Shell had "The Road Worrier" seies of commercials in the mid '80's.
