Certainly -- and as such I think they were meant to represent two different vehicle "characters", even if they were the same actual car. I believe this was also the case with the Torana.

Does "Force 10" mean something? Google says there's a brand of gasoline from New Zealand by that name, but I couldn't find any Force 10 logos on the Web that matched what's on the side of that car.

I imagine it's just a police group made up for the film, similar to the MFP.

Rear view mirrors are missing in one of those shots too.

Yeah I think I mentioned that earlier... just lends credence to my belief that they were meant to represent two separate cars. Too many differences to not be deliberate!
