Circa 2003, really ?... Interesting. The project seems to be older than I thought. I thought the Fury Road game started pre-production around 2008-2009.

Yeah, that is concept art for the game developed back when Gibson was still involved in Fury Road in 2002/3.

I can't remember the studio name responsible for that project, but it's definitely not the studio that's developing the game right now. I think it's safe to say that the new studio started pre-production in 2009-10.

it is what it is. I am personally working on game models from mad max past and present and will be makeing them avaliable for other games. one way or another you will get mad max gaming,accurate mad max gaming so I wouldn't worry too much.

It's now a safe bet that Warner Bros. Entertainment will be publishing the upcoming Mad Max game. Why? Well they've just registered the following web domains.

Not sure if it's true but a lot of people are still claiming that Avalanche Studios are working on the game alongside a sequel to their hit franchise Just Cause 3. Guess time will tell on this but if it IS being developed by Avalanche then we could be in for a treat
