But its true... he said so. He has a COA. even though it doesnt look like any piece of clothing Mel has ever worn.

Should be reported for false ebaying.

Would anyone be silly enough to fall for it?

Sadly ebays reporting tool doesn't list FRAUD as an issue... none of the categories fit, so you cant report it.
The closest is that you think its fraud and the item listed belongs to someone else!!

When it comes to fraud ebay just shuts its eyes.

As for would someone fall for it? possible, the diehard fan wouldn't, but other run of the mill fans might, but the price would scare them off hopefully
We are 100% snafu....

I don't know if any of you know the story of some guy wanting to buy an old universal life size terminator statue and putting an auction on ebay to BUY one, it was HARD to report it, but it was possible.

you just have to keep trying. and if all else fails you can call ebay and do it that way.

EDIT: I just successfully reported it. the down side is you cant explain WHY it's fraud.

I don't mean to sound like a dick or anything but if someone shelled out 10K for that they obviously have more money than brains. I would not feel bad for them  Honestly I would have to assume the seller probably is not playing with a full deck of cards.
