I emailed abbyshot a few weeks ago for interest in their custom Max Jacket and had quite a few questions about it. Is their customer service difficult to correspond with? How long does it usually take for a response?b I've checked my spam filters and searched all over my email for a reply and I have nothing from them. I think if i'm getting any jacket from anyone, it looks like I have to go the custom route to get it even more accurate and be able to deal with the florida heat.


As for the Goose jacket; I've been trying to talk my friend that has a Goose costume into getting this jacket, but it will most likely take me getting their Max jacket first so he can see how well made it is.
