Original MM2 boots topic taken down ?

Hey guys. Just wondering what happened to the thread about the original mad max 2 boots (by Sucks_Nitro) with the pics of what they look like today. I saw it last week and went to have look today and saw it was taken off. Whats the go. It had 4 pics taken by the person who was apparently going to use them for reference for the new Fury Road costume boots. It's all a bit strange. There was also an intresting reply saying that the costume was owned and loaned for reference by Tim Ridge. So if anyone, including Sucks_Nitro could shed any light on why it was removed or repost the pics again it would be much appreciated.

Hmm quite odd but perhaps it could be that somebody from the original blog that posted the photos or KMM requested the images and topic removed? I noticed the original source has since removed her blog post about the boots and has this disclaimer on the site:

I have the photos but it's probably best not to post them. Though Google "mad max 2 boots botterman" and they still show up.

Thanks DGSimo. I suppose that could explain it. Checked out google images with the title search like you said and found them. There were heaps more, in fact 13 in total with the most incredible detail. Amazing to look at. Thanks heaps, hope others out there will check them out before they to are removed.

No reason to request it to be removed as there was also a link to the WEB PAGE where the pics are posted for ALL to see........very fishy indeed

Strange huh? You would think if it was a situation of copyright, george would have had a go at all the replicas, uniforms, badges,stickers etc that people do. And certainly go after Adrian with the MM museum with the logo on his business and making money out of it.

Its a wierd world sometimes.

Does anybody out there have the pics of the original boots and/or jacket? "A piece of history" if I do say so myself.
