Will they be able to show any flashbacks in the new movies?

Seeing as how there will be a different actor playing Max they obviously won't me able to show Mel's face.

But I think the idea of the coupe returning in MM4 is because it will be used to recreate flashbacks in which tom hardy appears as Max.....
