Its getting even worse.....

Furiosa is the Feminine form of the spanish/italian word furioso, which of course means furious.

My first thougth is that the furiousa might be the documentary that Kjell told me about. Fury + curiosa = Furiousa

I think that the actual road in "Fury Road" will lead to a place called "Furiousa." My uneducated opinion is that it's a ranch of some kind, like Ponderosa.
