Good points, Justice, but one can always hope for the government to pass a "stimulus" bill to keep the prices of replica BoBs and Falcons artificially inflated. :)

(Sorry, I'm frustrated that the housing market isn't being allowed to correct.)

MadMatt, let me add my voice to the "don't sell" crowd. You'd regret it forever.

The only reason hosuing remains high and interest rates are soaring again is because people with no money are yet again buying homes left right and center. Aparently they didnt learn last time... lol

I got a house with the accompanying low mortgage rate last winter. But I do agree, the houses are climbing at insane levels. It's just begging for another pop...

Thanks, I remmember after the 04 starskie/hutch movie came out there was a bit of a craze for the cars..there still out there. I see em every now and then. I think this current economic crap has probly kicked big bumper american 1970's Fords in the balls for pricing. Im sure a barn fresh 76 gran torino could warrant a good deal. So far i had a few gents acually step up to the plate on my car... So i was going to let it go after all! BUT i guess i hesitated 2days to long cuz then they all backed off! If i do endup waiting to sell later i have no doubt these kinda cars are only going to get harder to comeby and if the fourth movie is anygood witch wont matter much as the title including phrasing like film #4 ect.. will spark renewd intrest in the original film making the Black on Black more popular=more money. (like gone in 60sec). Time will tell. I just got home from getting icecream at Sonic in the Interceptor with the little lady. I must say the airdamn just barely clears the parking curb by and inch! LOL.
