I think getting a real pair would be much easier than making your own, but here are the measurements of mine:

Top part of hinge: 32cm long
Bottom half of hinge: 26cm long
Both halves are 3cm wide.

The top brackets are 9cm x 3cm.

The oval shaped holes at the bottom of the hinges are 3cm long x 1.5cm wide.

Well, you know what sucks?
I made my own legbrace a few months ago and I was really happy with it. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. But the past week I have been going over and over this guide, desiring to start over and make a new brace!!
I guess it's a good and bad thing :P
Excellent job though! Really jealous! :D

Glad it was helpful to you, sorry it's going to cost you some time and money.
: )

I'm starting to see some nice accurate leg braces out there, thanks in part to my tutorial. It makes me proud.
