So I was at the Anaheim Comic Con yesterday, standing near Paul's Interceptor and handing out flyers to promote this year's Wasteland Weekend (http://www.wastelandweekend.com)
My costume wasn't 100% finished but I decided to wear it anyway. It is still missing a knee pad. Other than that, it's done (well, minus one or two tiny details that no one but me would notice anyway). So here it is. I apologize that I didn't think to get pictures of the back of the outfit as well. This wasn't my costume's "official" debut since it isn't 100%, so I'll have many more and better pictures when I go to Comic Con 2010 in San Diego and such.
Full details of how all of this costume was created coming in the months ahead.

I used the southbeachleather jacket. They are really the only people that sell a properly-patterned Road Warrior jacket. I just ordered it with no shoulder pad (the one they add is crap and I was going to add my own anyway) and I ordered it with two full sleeves since they don't cut off the right sleeve properly so I wanted to do it myself.
Lots of detailed pics of the jacket and custom shoulder pad coming in the next few weeks.

Brilliant costume.
Its complete with sam browne and tools to boot.
Do you have any outdoor pictures in natural light yet?
(It also amazes me you guys in the states can walk around with imitation firearms and no repercussions)
Well done on the outfit.

Re: My costume. The Replica Warrior finally makes its debut!
Thanks.
I will have a lot more pictures of the costume (including some in better lighting conditions) once it's finished (I'm waiting on getting the knee pad done before I do a proper photo session).
I still have one or two other little tweaks I want to do to it as well.
I wouldn't say that we here in the states can always walk around with imitation firearms without repercussions. It really depends on the city, state and situation. One probably does have an advantage when obviously wearing a costume.
