New Costumer Looking For Help!
Howdy, all!
As I've seen some others talking about on this forum, I'm currently creating my own MFP identity and costume. I have a pair of old motorcycle boots that I've been looking to mess up for years, as well as a few other pieces I've picked up here and there (including the exact face mask used for the Smegma Crazies outfits, probably work one of those up eventually).
My question involves the "Clover" pin seen in the opening scene of MM. I have a good photo ref of the pin but have been unable to find one online. Therefore, using the photo ref and photoshop I've created a pretty accurate image of the pin itself. My question is: how the hell am I gonna get it from photoshop onto an actual pin?
Any help would be appreciated!

Very cool, I wish you all the best with that. This very topic came up a while back. Here is what I remember...
I made a replica 'clover' image on photoshop too. I think some others did as well. Then when we talked to companys that make pins, they wanted a minimum order of at least 100 or something. We tried getting an online count of people who would buy them, and it was less than a dozen. So there is no way you'd break even from cost of having them made.
Maybe you could look into making a pin yourself, or keep trying to find someone who can make them for a decent price. I know I'd be interested in one.
Good luck, and keep us posted!

Well, a simple way would be to print out the image as a sticker (or just printed on some photo paper and you add the glue) and then stick it onto a piece of plastic that you cut to the pin's shape. It's not as good looking or as durable as a real metal pin, but it would look good from a couple of feet away.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, I checked those companies out too...damn minimum orders. I'll see what I can do about having some printed up. For now, the sticker on plastic base idea may have to do.

Re: New Costumer Looking For Help!
Sorry, I just had to post this......I work in retail (yeah I know the worst job in the world next to a toilet cleaner) but the thread title: New Costumer Looking For Help, reminded me of being at work.....I have just noticed that "Costumer" and "Customer" are comprised of exactly the same letters. You see I hear phrases like the title being uttered every day at work. "New Customer....over here.....looking for help......excuse me...etc...etc..."
I didn't realise such a word existed "costumer?" is it a real word?
Sorry...for being absolutely no help to you at all, and this comment by me is a complete waste of time and alphabetic characters.
Please continue......

I worked in retail for 10+ years. I'd rather deal with costumers than customers. Those people are annoying!

You know, I was thinking about this, and if you got a high-quality image laminated onto a hard piece of plastic, that might work. Paint the plastic steel-colored, and epoxy the pins to the back. You could even get a whole 'sheet' of multiple images laminated onto plastic, then cut them free and you'd have a bunch to sell... maybe even give first dibs to the guy who gave you the idea! Kidding.

You'll get the first one if I ever make it happen, HUMVEE.
Also, your site is better than porn. Just to let you know.
