Well that is true the XR4 is a rather bloated ugly kinda thing, it represents '80s cars quite well in that fashion. :lol:

:D Was never into the Euro cars, but always kinda smiled when seein' the Mercury Merkur Xr4ti, especially in black. Just gaudy enough, and it looked kinda' mean...

I do remember seeing one when I was a kid that had been modded a bit and had a V8 shoved under the hood (yes it was black). They still kind of remind me of an older Escort on steroids.
