Adrian Bennet's Replica

Post by AdrianUK »

GPT1, thanks for the reply.

i'm actually looking for some brand new bits.

A pair of track rod ends and also a pair of front bottom ball joints.

The ones already on the vehicle would be an MOT test failure in this country due to the perished rubber boots which hold the grease.

The model is a 351 1973 XA, If you manage to help me out just let me know all costs.

Many thanks.

Hi, that shouldn't be to hard to get new, I have a place that I get some parts for older vehicles from either NOS or aftermarket , a good friend of mine finished a resto on 1966/67 Ford Falcon XR GT and we managed to find all the bits for that one, will let you know when I get them.

madmaxcars, have you got any photos of the car you can send me and any history on it.

i am curious to know why the bonnet was cut, do you know if the car was blown or just fitted with a scoop.

Adrian.
