We ended up winning both pairs. They went for a bit more than they should have cost, but that's okay, I wasn't just bidding for myself, but for the whole fan community.
Look for a thread appearing in the next week or two about how you can get your very own accurate shoulder plate.
Dibs have officially ended. Bid away!
(but remember, it can be very hard to tell the difference between accurate shoulder pads and inaccurate ones (especially from a small or blurry ebay picture) - When in doubt, ask Karol!

I'm assuming you mean the full assembly with the plate replica attached to accurate padding. (You'd still have to rivet it to the jacket yourself though).tracywb wrote:If you ever offer the complete shoulder pad {finished} please,PLEASE let me/us know!!
You may be in luck, I think Karol may be toying with the idea of doing this very thing. He may have even purchased some fabric and foam for the job... But he's pretty busy right now so I don't know how soon it will happen (if ever). I'm sure he'll make an announcement here though when he's ready to move forward.
It's good to know how many people out there would want one - I'm guessing a lot (and I'm sure people who already bought the plate could just buy the pad portion if he decides to do it).
