Hey All,
I wanted to update you all with the response I got from Dave at Zpower in the UK. He is a very cool guy that offered to answer any questions I had so I thought I'd post his response to my first barrage of questions.
"i got the body work from Whitehouse but through my dealer in Japan, Koji from the company PMC. He speaks very good english and i was getting no where with whitehouse.
The fairing and taailpice came ready painted with all the decals on them, i just bought the Brass police badge sepreataly from them.
All the sirens, mirrors etc came in the kit as well.
I then painted my tank and side panels to match, using a standard kawasaki colour, galaxy silver. Kawasaki used this on the early GPZ ninja models (still do!!)
i used a set of rear set footrests from PMC as well, not exactely like the originals but close enough..
if you follow the build, then most is explained

hope this helps
dave"
BTW I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year

goose fairing
The upper fairing is complete and out of mold and is being fitted for windshield this month. slow moving and sorry for that but we are almost their. I will have pictures of the upper fairing on website toecutterz.com as of monday afternoon if not this weekend. The lower will be pulled from mold this month as well. We have run into obstacles at every turn but just keep trucking. So we are sorry once again but it will be worth it for all that have waited. Price should be available this month as well.
Thanks James

G'day mate,
Just had a gander at your goose build, very nice and i like the quality you've put into the build to, have fun and stay away from holden utes with no headlights, and flying brake drums

The chain in those handcuffs is high-tensile steel, it'll take you ten minutes to hack through it with this, now if your lucky ? you can hack through your ankle in five minutes. Go !

Re: So what's the latest on the Goose's Kwaka?
Is Toecutterz still selling the goose bike fairings? The web site is linked into madmaxcars and there's no pricing or other availability info.
Any idea how much they are?
Thanks,
Russ

Hey Russ. Yes the Toecutterz.com site is now hosted at Mad Max Cars as they have absorbed the company. The website is identical to what was at the original hosting loaction just with the MMC navagation added (and of course the contact info is now MMC as well). So the Fairings are still on the market.Rook3 wrote:Is Toecutterz still selling the goose bike fairings? The web site is linked into madmaxcars and there's no pricing or other availability info.

The MMC Composities team is currently reinforcing the moulds, and setting them up for Vacuum bag Resin Infusion layup, which may take a few days. We expect the kit to be around the same cost it was through toecutterz, possibly with some adjustment for the improved materials & composite techniques and added details like the decal kit etc (to be determined once the first part is out of the mould here at mmc's shop).
Feel free to contact MMC directly for info, or I will be glad to help out as much as I can here.
