Hi guys, this post might belong in the Bartertown part of the forum, but I figure since it's costume related it could go here.
I've got two auctions I just listed on eBay. One is for my accurate Gerber Mark 2 boot knife (the one Max carries) and the other is my FULL ROAD WARRIOR costume. You can find threads on here with descriptions of the knife (I bought it on eBay a few months ago and now I'm reselling it) and my costume (there's a long thread about how I made it).
I'm selling this stuff because I'm putting a lot of money into a very accurate MM2 costume as well as an MFP outfit.
Here are the item numbers or you can just search for a user to see their current auctions - look under Whiteyjano. Auctions end July 26th.
The Gerber Mark II boot knife Max carried:
330345986008
And my FULL Mad Max costume
330345988670
I'm selling the costume for a lot less than just what the materials cost. Here's a great opportunity to get suited up before the Road Warrior Weekend Event in November.

Ha. I'm glad someone caught that.
The pants are definitely too baggy to be accurate for my taste, but I weathered them up and they look okay to the casual observer. And as the auction says, if you've got fat legs they'll fit you like a glove.

I have to wonder how many Wasteland Maxes we're going to see all in one place.

i dare you to replace the phrase-
"if you have fat legs"
to;
"if you have somewhat chubbersome legs"
lol

"if you have somewhat chubbersome legs"

Yeah, I bet there'll be a few, though I doubt any two costumes will be the same. I bet some folks will go for accuracy and some may get a little more "creative". And there may be "post crash" Maxes with bandages on their arms etc..MadMaxImages wrote:I have to wonder how many Wasteland Maxes we're going to see all in one place.

I gotta tell you, it takes some guts to sell that. I could never part with any of my 'babies', even if they were outdated. Good luck with the auction.
