Ticket Prices Go Up May 1st!

I just found out that Scarlett has decided to increase ticket prices this Friday from $60 to $70.
If you want to save $10 and commit now, this is the time to buy.

We are doing this to avoid everyone buying their tickets at the last minute. We will need a certain amount of cash soon to buy permits, get insurance, etc.

Wish we had a little bit more notice on this. She needs to realize there are a lot of us that aren't on myspace. (or even if we are, we only check it once in a while)

It hasn't worked for me for the last couple of days. I tried it with three different browsers. Just directs to a blank page.
I emailed [email protected] yesterday about it but haven't heard anything back. Seems a shame if a bunch of people trying to buy tix right now to avoid the increase and can't get it to work...

I did the same. I also emailed her and asked if we'd still get the lower price. It's only 10 bucks, but as Geddy Lee once famously said, "Hey—10 bucks is 10 bucks!"

Yep - Scarlett realized this morning that something was not right. Apparently, this may be an issue with some recent changes to MySpace security measures.
By the way, in Scarlett's defense, the ticket price chart has been up for a couple of months - I just never looked at the page carefully enough to see it. I don't think many of us did.
Scarlett and I decided that we should give everyone a couple more weeks to get the cheaper tickets. I am going to work on posting the ticket-buying link on my website: www.RoadwarUSA.com
That way there should be no problems (and it'll be nice to park a Road Warrior Weekend Event page where it should have been from the start!).
