You def need to check out his website. toecutterz.com. I've been in contact with James there and he has the body kit available and I must say they look spot on! He did not cut any corners in producing a high quality body kit. This is the real deal and I plan on getting a kit for my '79 KZ1000. The kits are ready to bolt on!

I guess I was looking for more pics/info on the website and didn't see anything new. I was kind of expecting a big "they're here!" and an update to this thread...

Strangely, I know 2 guys who have been trying to get some basic info about this kit, and have gotten no responce to repeated inquiries. You gotta think, that if prospective clients are inquiring about a part, they would want to get info to 'em, unless they didnt want to sell the parts, or there was something they didnt want people to know.

I myself will reserve judgement until I see the product for myself, because there is little you can tell about the construction quality of composite parts from a low res photo on the web. For all I know they may be using a chop gun for layup, Polyester resin, and no Vacuum lamination. If they build quality parts that wouldent be the case, but if they do they might as well be using paper mache.

I'll shoot James an email and have him tell you more about the body kit. I've never worked with plastics so I don't know the technicalities of the process. Maybe he can explain them better. Also, he may have some better pics or painted and fitted body panels already on his KZ.

SWEET! That would be VERY COOL! I am more than a little curious about how they make them.

When our body kit is approved for sale we will list price, process and materials used in the manufacturing of our kit. We just finished
fabrication of the adjustable mounting bracket system to help make our kit more of a bolt on and ride product.
