Does anyone know what kind of rims were on the Holden Pursuit Special that the Knightrider had stolen? Also other than the MFP Badges on the rear quarter panels was there any other MFP markings on the car?
Thank You,
Jimmy Nance

Re: Holden Pursuit Special Rims?
Technically speaking the "sunraiser" rims are incorrect.... more like "sunraisier style" or 8 spoke rims.
The steel centers on a normal sunraiser are welded on the inside of the rim and have a curved lip on its circumference.
The old Apache style rims (no longer available) were more correct as they were welded to the rim on the outside and didnt have the lip.
There were several brands available of the 8spoke rims up until the late 1980s.... but alas no more.
I have seen a few chromed deep dish versions on older cars around town which look perfect too.... pity i never carry a spare jack and some blocks of wood!
