Hey Adrian,
Are you here to stay ? i came back out in 2003 ended up in QLD love it, when your article came out in CA back in the UK we tried to track you down to have a closer look at your MM BOB, did you collect the CA magazines as my dodge charger is featured in issue number 151 dec 2003 golden shot, i experienced the same headache shoehorning my car into a 20 ft container, but it got here in one piece with some small dents, awsome pics mate, when my BOB is done will try to join you one year in madmax land.
The chain in those handcuffs is high-tensile steel, it'll take you ten minutes to hack through it with this, now if your lucky ? you can hack through your ankle in five minutes. Go !

I've seen some funny stuff written in the dirt on vehicles over the years, some time ago there was a pic posted on the falcon club forum I think showing a Holden in a car park covered in dirt and mud but some artistic bright spark had taken the time to carefully draw a large ford logo and all the little ads in the dirt all over the car!was very funny but probably not for the owner, straight to the car wash I reckon!LoL
The guy who relieved himself on my car was probably just being a hero in front of his mates,I reckon I've been guilty of acts of stupidity to try impress in my younger days..although if I were to have caught him it would have been a very different story!

Yeah Mr Speed, here for good mate. I did collect CA but gave them all away when we packed for Oz but I reckon I will have seen your car, you'll have to send me a scan if ya can to jog my memory.

Ok,for the handful of members who are still interested, here are 3 final pics...

Atleast you don't get shit for posting photos.
Dan
...sorta slow motion. he leaves the seat, goes through the windscreen, headfirst straight into the tree...right. and then, bounces back through the windscreen. by the time we got to him.. he was just sittin there trying to scream with his face ripped off......whats the matter?

Simply Beautiful. What awesome fun that must have been. Looks like your "Last of the V-8's" has become a time machine of sorts, it sure takes me back to when I first went nuts for this film.
Cant thank you enough for sharing this with us, there just are no proper words to express...................

I am sure someone else will steal the pics off here and do that before Adrain gets the chance. :o

You must have one of the strongest faces in the country, Adrian. All that smiling all the time is really working out the muscles. If I were you I would be too busy saying to myself "I'm really here, I'm here, really here, I can't believe it, I'm really here...." to get any video recording done. :P Great pics.

Let us know when the DVD is available, I don't care how short or amaturish you think it looks, I want whatever I can get.

Adi,one of the things that are so cool besides your replica car being there and looking SPOT ON is that the movie locations haven't hardly changed at all.
