Not really a coupe.....

...but it is a Ford and it's got a touch of the BoB with a 4.5L 445hp with a ROUSHcharger. Swap the rims for black and toss some tanks in the back, maybe a cab spoiler and it's the ultimate wanna-be-Max truck.

If it's not inspired by the BoB I'd be very surprised. Can you imagine using this as a tow vehicle for a Falcon?

Where's my lotto ticket ?!?!?

You know, I have been thinking about using a Pickup as a basis for an "inspired by" BoB. They have the advantage of being comparatively cheap for what you get. They have a rugged look and more general utility, which is a consideration because I just can't afford a single purpose vehicle right now. Like you said, where is my lotto ticket...lolImage Oh and the Roush is a sweet looking truck!

Ironically, I've kinda been having the same thought. Lately I've been getting a little bored with my '93 F-150. It's a flareside with a hammerhead cap and it has the XB GT style hood (bulge with scoops) and it had a front air dam, but now I need to replace it. It also has a low profile wing on the top of the cap at the very back.

To enjoy the truck some more I was thinking about painting it in a BoB pattern and colors. Anyone with Photoshop skills that could do the paint job? I won't be able to do it until after I finish my real BoB, but it is something to look forward to.

The new 427 Roush Mustang looks pretty damn mean. There was one in Plymouth that had satin black stripes on a black body. It grumbled as it went by and looked like it was doing 80, when it was going maybe 20. The only thing I don't like about the new Mustang, is the high offset of the wheels with little space to put wide rubber.

A few years ago, I saw a jacked-up Dodge Ram SST painted black with a blower hidden under a cowl-induction hood, bullbars, 33 Mickey knobbies, 5" side exhaust, black 5-spoke wheels and a rounded back topper. This truck looked like something out of Thunderdome before the Epoxyclypse...a perfect counterpart to the BoB/PS.

..... The gent on the left, nicknamed "The Cat in the Hat".. is Mr. Jack Roush.. his blue blood cells are shaped like little Ford ovals..

... his small block engines are so powerfull, other racing teams RENT ( yes rent ) them.

That is one mean looking truck! Some black rims and some side exit exhausts and you'd increase the "mean" factor.Image

Almost read my mind! I'd personally use a different style rim, but the overall package looks sweet!Image
