MFP Jacket Numbers...

Post by Bronze21 »

OPIATE...he left your's and TOECUTTER's off. I'm calling today to get them ordered. I paid for them, but he didn't do them. I have seven of the Domestic orders ready to go, and just need to take them to the post office. I was filling out all of the Customs papers and putting labels on and noticed two of them were missing. Like I said, this is the last time I go through this chump. I'll let you guys know when they come in.

That's just it, I'm NOT in direct contact with him. It's a contact through the uniform shop, and they set up the rules. I'll call today...sorry guys.

The domestic orders will go tomorrow (business trip today) and I'll get the International orders ready over the weekend.

I'm shipping what's in the pic above. He won't work with me about re-doing them without charging me...says he doesn't have time and other BS. I'm going to the uniform supply store tomorrow to try and work something out with the owner. I never should have done this knowing this would have happened.

Sam, got the details.

That's not good business practice on their part if they deliver the wrong product and then won't work with you without re-charging. You could always report them to the BBB.

Yeah! Let Bart deal with them! LOL

But seriously, that is bullsh#t. They should at least compensate you for the inconvenience of having to wait for something other than what you asked for! And since you showed them the Goose pic for reference, they should have known exactly what you wanted!

If it comes down to it, I'll just eat the $300.ooUS cost and put in a new order somewhere else...

The seven domestic orders are in the mail.

The shop that did them should be the one eating the cost, not you Jay.
