The MAD MAX Remake Casting Call - revised.

Post by ZHP »

MY GOSH, I can't believe I never thought of this!! Romper Stomper, you're a @#$%@$@ GENIUS!!!!

Gary Oldman as the Toecutter!! Gary rocks the world as a villain!

Here's the new cast.......

Max - Michael Beihn.

Goose - Bill Paxton ("Yer stewed, Buttwad!)

Toecutter - Gary Oldman (Ooooooohh!)

Jesse - Jennifer Connelly (This time we'll insist on a better hairdo than Joann Samuel had.)

Lounge singer - Callista Flockhart or Courtney Love (yuck)

Bubba Zannetti - Tim Roth (another Great villain) or Matt Damon

Johnny the Boy - Leo DeCaprio (C'mon guys! Can you imagine him being told he can hack through his ankle in five minutes

- if he's lucky!!)

Nightrider - I figure we should get that idiot who played Darth Maul in SW Episode 1. His claim to fame will forever be playing

bad guys with less than ten minutes of screen time!!

Roop - Vincent D'Onofrio

Charlie - Clint Howard (but only if his brother Ron directs!)

Fifi McAfee - Stone Cold Steve Austin (Fifi 3:16)

Rosanne - Fat Nancy ("If you can't smell it, we ain't got it!")

Mel Gibson could do a cameo as one of the following:

1. Ziggy

2. The guy who gets grossed out by Goose at Fat Nancy's

3. The guy whose trailer get completely pasted in the opening chase

4. The guy making out with some chick behind Goose at Sugartown

Did I leave anyone out??

May Swaisey, played by Sophia, the oldest hag in the Golden Girls and Stop or my mum will shoot, just hope she can handle the kick of a big shotgun like that!

WELL DONE, some comments suggestions

: Max - Michael Beihn.

A BIT TENSE (PLUS HE IS GETTING ON IN YEARS), MAX IS A YOUNG MAN.

: Goose - Bill Paxton ("Yer stewed, Buttwad!)

EXCELLENT CALL, BUT ALSO OLD--

: Toecutter - Gary Oldman (Ooooooohh!)

VERY GOOD, CAN PLAY IT "DISTANT" AND COLD BUT ALSO NUTTY

: Jesse - Jennifer Connelly (This time we'll insist on a better hairdo than Joann Samuel had.)

WE WILL NEED TO SHOOT A LOT MORE BEACH/BATHING SUIT FOOTAGE

: Lounge singer - Callista Flockhart or Courtney Love (yuck)

: Bubba Zannetti - Tim Roth (another Great villain) or Matt Damon

MATT DAMON IS PERFECT--GOOD CALL

: Johnny the Boy - Leo DeCaprio (C'mon guys! Can you imagine him being told he can hack through his ankle in five minutes

: - if he's lucky!!) PERFECT BOY-TOY FOR GARY

: Nightrider - I figure we should get that idiot who played Darth Maul in SW Episode 1. His claim to fame will forever be playing

: bad guys with less than ten minutes of screen time!! VERY FUNNY!

: Roop - Vincent D'Onofrio

: Charlie - Clint Howard (but only if his brother Ron directs!)

: Fifi McAfee - Stone Cold Steve Austin (Fifi 3:16)BRIAN DENNEHY

: Rosanne - Fat Nancy ("If you can't smell it, we ain't got it!")

: Mel Gibson could do a cameo as one of the following:

: 1. Ziggy

: 2. The guy who gets grossed out by Goose at Fat Nancy's

I always thought Rhea Perlman was Danny DiVito's wife. By the way, she'd be good to play May Swayze.

What about casting a female Max?

How about Peta Wilson as Max?

: Did I leave anyone out??

Perhaps Russel Crow would turn in a good Max performance.
