My red xa model is almost complete. It has the right side drive, the bat, the spoiler, all the correct paint, the gang emblems, the extra lights in front, everything! Except the side exhaust pipes. I've tried heating some plastic and making some, but they always break, and I don't have that much round, long plastic.
Anyone have any ideas on this?
Anyone know how to make model exhaust pipes?

HI, when you buy a 1/25 scale model for eg, and all the parts have that plastic that holds it all in the square sheet, all the sprue plastic, I cut that into lengths and file it round and then heat it and bend it with a cigerrett lighter, it works well for me, or source the correct scale funny car and rob the kit.

I have a very easy source for exhaust pipes: copper electrical wiring with rubber insulation. You can find it in almost any hardware store. It is easy to bend and shape, and it stays in the shape you bend it into. No more messing with lighters or whatever. It is sold in different sizes; perfect for all model tubing. I have used it on my own Red XB and most of my other models. I recommend painting it with acrylic paints and glueing it with crazy glue. Good luck!

Try using small diameter aluminum tubing
from a hobby shop. I've had good success
using it on Interceptor models.
