For those of you who are building interceptors and are
including a couple of huge tanks in the rear,the quest
for some vital knowledge is over!The origin of the fuel caps came from a bus.Buses built in the late 40's powered by AEC engines used these caps.They can be seen on the side of an old british double decker built between the late 40's to 60's.So if the gauges on the end of the tanks were branded 'Bayham London' then perhaps they came from a British bus as well.
To Wayne Jones,The 1,2 finish with Alan Moffat and
Colin Bond was in 1977.
