On hold- low budget Big Bopper

Post by MFP559 »

Just thought I'd pop this title up here & request that one of the moderators could transfer the relevant posts across from TORANASS's thread "Replica in the Making" ( the last few posts there)

I have no intention of hijacking anyone's threads here. Thanks.

Actually we cant shift posts.... (Peter may be able to do it??? ) ... we can only edit and delete stuff.

You can if you want just simply copy..and then delete your post on the other thread and start it on here.....

If i was the cut and paste it i can only insert it into the post above ..... its up to you...

Hell threads which go on a tanjent are normal on here.... lol

And im sure no one would mind if you started talking about your car on someone elses thread.....

Cheers

Sam

For a second there I thought that was YOUR back garden BBB LOL!

Is that the Gnomes head in that mutts mouth?

Nice car by the way, thanks for sharing. Can't help but wonder what a MM2 version of one of those yellow MFP cars would look like. Food for thought.

Ours used to look that way...it was cool when I was a kid...except that snakes lived under all the cars.

The Bongo Van's gone- it now has no roof, a spa bath & a keg in it, is powered by half a 13B rotary turbo & was at the last Summernats in Canberra. Incidentally it's the item I thought most of you might have found interesting. Maybe I should have hung onto it & painted it blue.

The orange Rx-2 is my ex-Round Australia Rally car. The yellow one a spare shell. The 929 wagon is destined for the metal recyclers. Scary, but there's more! From where I took that shot, there was another 3 cars behind me, one in the garage & two out front. Oh, and the Falcon won't fit through the skinny side gates to get into the backyard.

In the dog's mouth.....a snooker ball. Silly bastard found it in the yard somewhere. As for snakes, we get browns & blacks round here. Haven't seen one myself but last year the dog wouldn't let the missus out the back door one day. He kept pushing her back inside & barking, then went & dragged a snake skin out from under the 929 which was only about 20ft from the back door at the time. Good dog!
