Thanks BIll,

I'd send yu an email if there was an address to send it to, can't find one for you anywhere. I DID find your name in the members list at madmaxcars2 but your email address is listed as private so; here's mine mailto:[email protected]

What's the name of that town your Uncle was shot down over? Which plane was he the tail gunner in? a B17 Flying Fortress or B24 Liberator (showing my geekdom now ain't I?) I live up in the northern France, about 40 miles south of the D-Day beaches in a sleepy little town that got seriously hammered by English bombing in June '44. Potential "oooops factor" there but the old locals don't hold a grudge thank Gawd. Kind of weird being in a country formally occupied though. Most towns show evidence of bullet damage etc in the masonary.

Thanks in advance for that CD what can I trade you in return? (I'm serious) Email me at the above addy.

Listen to The Clash they are my fav band ever!! Listen to a lot of AC/DC, Rolling Stones, The Killers, Taxiride, Oasis basically anything with a good firft in the middle of it!!

The Clash - my all time favorite. Hands down. I cried for two days straight when Joe died.

Funny thats the only time I ever felt saddened by a celebs death was gutted and couldnt believe it. There also went the chance for a reunion!! Ever listen to his solo stuff with the Mescallaro's?
Pray hes out there!!

My sister owns two of the three Mescalero albums. They're great. I have to say "Tony Adams" is my favorite, besides the cover of "Minstrel Boy" and the single that they performed on late night tv, "Johnny Appleseed". Just fantastic. I love the fusion rock-reggae sound. A little acoustic. A little electric. Joe did that better than anybody. I even patterned my mohawk after his. *sheepish laugh*

Long Gone , Long Gone...Like a turkey through the corn....

Long Gone , Long Gone....With my long pajamas on....

The list is VERY , VERY LONG and VERY , VERY DIVERSIFIED,it runs the gamut. Mostly but not limited to HARD ROCK / HEAVY METAL. Favorites include all Sammy Hagar's stuff ( way back to Montrose) , all Van Halen , all Van Hagar , ALL OF JUDAS PRIEST..a new album release in 5 days with Rob Halford on vocals.., MOTLEY CRUE , Queensryche , Zeppelin , Lynyrd Skynyrd , Pink Floyd , The BOSS 's real early stuff..up to,but not past '81 , TP & the HB's , the original KISS line up , GREAT WHITE , hair bands , JOHNNY CASH , MIKE NESS , most all of the new bands like PAPA ROACH , CHEVELLE , 3- Doors Down , Puddle of Mudd , Nickleback ....... LAZY BOY , it doesn't end..you'll even find Melissa Etheridge jammed in between Def Leppard and Everclear...Green Jelly anyone?

Worst part is, I'm anal about the collection. My 400+ CD's are stacked ALPHABETICALY first by band name and then CHRONOLOGICLY by date of release.
