I'm not an expert motorcycle rider, but I think that if someone was on a motorcycle, going say 30-45mph, and they tried to run over a running person, wouldn't they most likely crash?
I'm just saying, the toecutter running over jessie seems unbelieveable to me.
How can this be?!?!

So you've never run anyone down on a motorcycle eh?
Actaully that's a good point, I was wondering that myself. Some of those motorcycle races on tv have some pretty fancy recoveries, I guess if you're good enough you could do it.

Unbelievable, no--difficult yes.
Dead on you'd probably crash, but you COULD lock the rear and slide it into her, you could also Wheelie up and chop down with the front.
Remember, the greasy mechanic? thinking max was Bubba Z, he talks about the forks--maybe the idea was they were bent in the process of striking max's family (BASTARDS!)
Or maybe one of them whipped out there meat cleaver, bat, steel pipe.
This is speculation, point is, you've got a point. It would be difficult --I used to ride motorbikes but there is no way I could've killed anybody without killing myself.

Jessie fell before the bike hit her.

The only way I could see of pulling it off is simple. Jessie fell flat on her face BOFORE the Toecutter hit her. I'm not sure what model of bike he was on, but riding a big cruiser you've got approximately 300 kilos backing you up. Despite this, if Jessie had not tripped, the Toecutter would definitely have binned his bike and most likely got blasted by Max on the spot. Watch carefully next time you see the shot where she falls - the Toecutter is about ten feet behind her, and open's his throttle as she falls. Then there is a cut to the bikers roaring off and the shoe & ball bounce along the tarmac. It's a while since I last saw the film, but that's how I remember it.
