No one knows what type or brand it is. I have searched all of Sydney and Melbourne for these, and found nothing like it.
Your only option at this moment is to get one custom made. Perhaps you can do it cheaper by working with an existing jacket. One fan thought of using a cafe racer jacket as a foundation to work with.
