The new picture on Peter's page looks real similar to the vehicle in MM at the road side diner. The front end looks wicked close. The vehicle in the film is green I think. Is it the same vehicle?

I was wondering the same thing. It is slightly different though. The angled supports coming off the back were not in the movie although they may have been designed differently in the movie. What kind of car was it orginally?

Hmmm... To me it looks like a 1973 HJ Ute, with a Caprice nose, S Class Mercedes headlights / blinkers, custom GMH prototype spoiler, custom flares, custom roof, red velour interior, and no door handles.
