Wow I was close, in a e-mail discussion with someone (buyer of the "West Coast" replica heading for San Diego USA this Friday) over this new site I indicated that the writer might actually be a Cop!
I deducted this because I work with documents all day long in this crap day job. As a result I noticed that each page carried a "controlled form" number, including a version number.
Only someone familiar with official documentation would perhaps think to add this info.[/font]
