Snow

1. Frozen precipitation in the form of white or translucent hexagonal ice crystals that fall in soft, white flakes.

2. A falling of snow; a snowstorm.

I included the definition for you Aussies who live on a continent entirely comprised of red dirt & sand, where the temperature never ever falls below 150 degrees Celcius.

(I am joking of course)

We in North America have been getting our butts kicked by various snow storms over the last few days.

In my city, the night the biggest snow storm of the season hits, the Lockout Servo

on my 4X4 decided it was time to break. (The result of which is my Pickup

wouldn't go into Four Wheel Drive.)

What sort of supreme being would ALLOW such Irony?

Happy news is, we had the part on hand, & I onlyhad to spend half an hour in the shop changing it out.

Oh if only I had a workshop! I need to change the Antifreeze on one of my 'yotas.

Well, we have had a sudden flurry of this frozen precipitation here as well, and as usual, the whole country has ground to a halt! Typical! We'd be knackered if ever there was an end to the world!

Now, where can I get some snow chains.............................?

that same storm front has hit me here too in the Niagara area and I'm 4 days late picking up my coupe!!!!

Well there's been a fair bit of snow up here in Scotland, cant make it into work today because of the drifts filling up the roads! And there's supposed to be more on the way!

Got my dumb @$$ STUCK last night leaving work.

I like to dig through the deep stuff to see what I can make it through.

high centered on a pile/drift. Had to actually back up to get out of it. How Horrifyingly embarrasing.

A few mates of mine are here at uni, but they come from Zanzibar and for them, the snow is a real treat.
