FURY ROAD - back to MM1 or 2?

When you think about it, 'Fury Road' could have been the title of MM1 or 2. So, i'm thinking FR will be a return to tyre-melting, fuel injected hell on wheels.. What do you think?

I reckon that the story will come full circle, order was breaking down in the citys in MM1. Max was out in the wasteland in MM2 & shanty towns where starting to form in Thunderdome. So by Fury Road I think Max will be back in the large population areas again as order is being restored & the world is slowly starting to reform to what it was before MM1. So Max will join up with whatever the new version of MFP is & will once again clean the roads of the nomad scum.

There aren't many marauding mobs of Blue Heelers in the outback you know, he most likely got Dog before he headed to the wastelands. So he's more likely to get a new heeler if he returns from the wastelands where a dog would most likely be looked upon as lunch rather than a companion.

In an interview, one of the production designers for Fury Road was saying something about how Fury Road will have a Medieval look to it. I can't imagine things being much better than they were in Thunderdome. I'd rather have things look worse and have the wasteland even more treacherous. I wouldn't mind Max coming full-circle as a character, but this is a Mad Max movie, it has to be adventurous. I don't want another MFP or for Max to become just a cop again. It would ruin the saga.

I just want Max. The wasteland. A brutal villain. The jacket. A head-on collision. Max living at the end.

The theory of Max coming back to a world similar to MM is close to that of the Kevin Costner film The Postman, where it turned out his daughter was telling of his story to bring back civilisation to the world after a nuclear war and in the end he did.
