I hope all goes well at your show,im sure you will be the hit of the show. Im taking off in about a hour, its about a 6-7 hour drive to evansville .i picked up a 53 foot enclosed trailer to haul both of them, its like driving a semi !!! I was really bummed out that we couldnt hook up but we will sooner or later.

it was a great show, had people around the cars all the time.Another participant came up to me after I pulled in and said

"sh*t man! There must be fifty guys here that now have to go change their shorts!"

Not as fun as an outdoor show, couldn't start it up or play with the blower, light,or siren.

Way fun, hope you had fun also.Cheers,Bill

Glad it went well Bill ,the evansville show was jammed as well, i had fans beggin to get a picture sitting in the cars.Couldnt say no to that. The best part is seeing fans go nuts over the cars. I bought all the extra event shirts that they did not sell .My cars were the event shirt and the artwork is awsome.so if anyone wants one go on ebay or email me.

Hi Jim..

Great news.. Awesome... Amazing eh? .. Ha Ha did I not say that you would be floored by the reception that these cars generate. You had that brilliant Oldsmobile, yet these cheaper, and far less technical things are stealing the show.

You most likely get more looks now than the Oldsmobile ever got! Even though the Oldsmobile was in truth in a league above the replicas as the Oldsmobile was indeed outstanding in construction.

The pure CHARISMA that the Interceptor's generate cannot be purchased with money... It is pure silver screen stuff. They are a distant sunburnt country, they are history, they are high performance cars on empty desert roads in high speed dreams.. Hell they have it all, charisma in the truck loads.

I am still Green with envy ! Ha Ha I would have loved to have got the feedback that you are getting.

For me to take the show on the road and promote not only the cars and the film, but also the Australian Landscape, and the Australian film industry would be the ultimate reward.

Hard to believe it now, but way in 1982 every one thought I was nuts in building the car. But I believed in it I always did.

But that 15 years or more as an "outsider" well it was a long haul struggle.

Have fun..[/font]
Cheers
