This is before my time on the board too!!

I'm 27 and I'm an engineer for a Cell/Mobile phone company (they sponsor Ferrari!), I saw Road Warrior on Ulster Television when I was about 11/12 and loved it, I didn't see MM and the 'un-censored' version of Road Warrior until I was 19! when my Uni had a week of Australian films.

Bullit is a classic but nothing beats The Italian Job, the movie 'Billy the Skid' is very cool and shot entirely in Belfast (and has a Mad Max related joke in it)

Any other Irish on the board? (from either side of the boarder!?) we should arrange some sort of UK and Ireland get together to celebrate the 25th anniversary next year, all go on a pilgrimage to see the Interceptor or something. By the way if anyone in the UK or Ireland hasn't saw the 'lady' herself get over and see her ..she's even more beautiful in real life!

i'm 37 and i have a twin brother,we both have always loved the mad max movies;we saw btd in the theatres but we saw the first 2 on cable in the 80's.........anyway we both are carpenters here in buford, georgia. we work for are dad most of the time,who's been building houses since mid 80's.
