I'd like to see Fifi too. Also, perhapse we could see what happened to some of the guys from the refinery?

Yeah, I'd love to see Fifi myself. Maybe he could appear as a very old man who has put together a sort-of makeshift MFP out of other people in the Wasteland, but he's gone slightly crazy over the years and it's got weird religious overtones. And perhaps Aunty Entity could make a brief cameo appearance in some sort of meeting of tribal leaders or something.

Also, I've been thinking about Bubba Zanetti. We know Max shoots him and he falls off his motorbike in MM1, but we don't know for sure that he's dead. I think it would be cool to see him return in MM4. What do you guys think?

Speaking of Aunty Enity I read in the Belfast Telegraph on Tuesday night that Tina is coming out of here semi-retirement to star in a film!!!! I had a big spread on Mels new Film about Jesus no mention of MM except it made him famous

If you could bring back the refinery guys id like to see Curmagon he was the old dude who was going to go and talk to Humungous. Was he in that tv series A country practice?

A COUNTRY PRACTICE - yes, the most watched, but mocked soap opera AUSTRALIA ever had. ol CURMUDGEON played a bar tender, he was the most outlasting character in that series.

I feel that at some point in MM4, Max has got to come acros/have to defend/help/whatever some new extablished patch of civilisation that has formed somewhere, be it the Great Northern Tribe (chance for the former oil refinery guys and the Feral kid) or the Sydney (Great Southern Tribe?) lot which means may be Savannah and Scrooloose plus of course Bruce Spence.....

Former idea gets ruined by the 'We never saw him again...' bit at the end of MM2 though...

Anyway, chances are that most semi-civilised people who ran out to the wastelands with the destruction fo the cities, gradually returned. And with the return of some sort of order (with former MFP guarding the peace in suitably rejuvinated Interceptors of course!!) it is inevitable that the gangs who once ruled the highways with their chaos and white line knightmares, would return....

And when they come, the good citizens will cast their minds back to the times of chaos and look out for a hero. Thus a few brave souls led by Savannah or someonw get together and with a MFP escort (Fifi and Roop?) go back out into the wasteland in search of Max....

Miller must be careful to remain a) true to the spirit of the previous three films, b) not contradict anything previously said, in particular the MM2 begining and end voice overs and c) introduce a few new well developed characters that add to the great world of Mad Max. Oh yes d) Classic quotable lines are essential!

Sadly won't see Aunty May or 'Cookie' both long since gone..... Anyone know what on earth happened to the girl who played Savannah? She must be about 35 or 40 by now so may be right to bring her back in an older reprise of her first role.

Anyway.... there is my tuppence worth from the wastelands of Southern England.....
