A Challenge/Request for Any Who Dare

I have a favor to ask/challenge to put forth for all the denizens of this forum. I would really appreciate it if someone could write and post a 3 to 4 page essay relating Max's story to classic myth and the prototypical "hero story". If you could also maybe throw in a few sources from the internet or maybe from the library that would be ideal. I would really like to see this as soon as possible.[/font]

You know...what I'd like to do is make a modern comparison to Homer's epic,The Odyssey...maybe set it in the late '20's early 1930's.I could make the guys trying to get home escaped convicts in the deep south...oh wait...already been done.Oh Well!
