I understand how the Chinese could have been fed up with colonial imperialism from the Western powers much more than I can understand the need for legal paperwork ad nauseum...

Same material as briefs, except they have legs.

P.S. From personal experience, I can recommend wearing boxer briefs with leather pants. Or something skimpy and low rise in a leopard print.
