Tired me

Post by Jon »

I'm 15 and don't have a drivers permit yet...

So what did me and my friend do today, you ask?

We rode our 21 speed bicycles from our city, Spokane Washington, to another city, Couer 'D Alene Idaho. A total of 80 miles there and back. I'm exhausted. Couer 'D Alene is famous around here for hot cars, we stopped at a car dealership which had, a lot of Porches, Ferraris, 427 Cobra kit car, etc. He kept tellin me on how much he wanted the cobra, I told him all about the cars in Mad Max, and how I want some of those.

Oh, who else has ridden their bike over 50 miles an hour, like I have? (there's this really long steep paved road near my house, and my bike has a speedometer)

Anyways, I just wanted to brag. I'm so proud of myself.

I bet all you guys hate me now, if you ever got this far in the boring post that is. :-) LOL

Yes, you certainly did ride your bike a great deal. Your story would have been more interesting though, if you threw in some post apocalyptic anarchist gangs, or psychotic motorcyclist, or maybe even ninjas. Its the thought that counts though.

You sure that speedometer works right? Not to doubt your physical ability, but I've been long distance biking for years & never went over 35mph.

Maybe ya got more of a death wish than I do!

P.S. I just got a new Trek Y-5, great set of wheels for biking...

Hey, i just remember Cour from a trip I just took on my bike to Glacier National Park. Isn't cour de alene the junction road city to get on route 2? I went up through spokane but wished I'd gone to Cour cuz it took a helluva long time to go through Spokane. Ever been to AIrway heights? I stayed there and had some great chinese food.
