I have to admit that when I was thinking about some 'might have been' plotlines for Mad Max, one though occured to me that Savannah would be just about the right age in BTD to be the offspring from Goose's night with the Nightclub singer in the first film.

Would have made an intersting connection if they had done that. The novel of BTD does record the (badly remembered) names of her parents which rather ruins that idea and it also confirms Finn McKoo (spelling?) as her son although the film makes him out to be her younger brother which I feel fits better.

Check this one out then. okay you know how badarse SLATE is? you know that guys real cool, he's got control over all these 'feral' kids, he hunts their food for them all, and has probably 'donated' his seed to half them chicks (there ain't that many other virile males in amongst them).

so maybe he's so damn full of attitude and tough and sh*t, cause... get ready for it...

his mum was the 'CHEVY chick' from MAD MAX , she got banged by atleast 4 of those bikers, the other 3 or so took care of the driver. Thats alot of 'badarse' seed, (its controversial i know, and full of sh*t, but fun) who's his real dad - the hulking psychopath TOECUTTER, the insane little JOHNNY, or sh*t mybe even the brooding psycho BUBBA ZANETTI.

or hey, heres another GOOSE was a suave bugger and a bit of a swinger, maybe when the chick got better, she hooked up for one night, and goose's BRONZE BIKER seed, wiped out any trace of SCAG BIKER...

Hhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa It's great Rock! So he could be a Trashman's son --- that's pretty frightening. Well, we would assume SLAKE (that's the name) is about 21 years old. I like the idea the father was the TOECUTTER. And if we have to get it straight, Slake's face REALLY looks like the Chevy chick a lot!

I just wanna suggest a parallel here... Slake dominates the tribe --- he's the First Tracker. Well, he introduces himself in a way very similar to Aunty's: from the higher crest to the ground, sliding on a rope. That could truly hint about his 'darker' nature, in comparison with the other Waiting Ones.

Now one thing i gotta be sure of just incase all these years i was wrong - PIG KILLER is CAPTAIN WALKER isn't he? he went off, turned up in BARTERTOWN tried to steal a pig to feed the tribe, got caught, and thats why he never returned.

I'm dead certain thats it, i've been saying it for years, to those who asked, why he recognised EDDIE in the pig pen, when their in the UNDERWORLD.

It's strange but so many people mailed me about this point. Some claimed he was Capt. Walker., some claimed he was just ONE of Walker's rescue squad. Probably, scared by the possibility that Bartertown's people would have conquered the Crack, turning the kids in "dirty ones" , Pig-Killer just didn't revealed his true identity and his origin place.

It would have been funny if... the FERAL KID was FIFI's little son, survived by an helicopter crash in the middle of the Wasteland, like Emil Minty told.

On a point brought up earlier; I don't think Max would ever have had sex after Jessie bit the dust. Because he was smart. Without proper medical facilities, who knows how many people would have become infected with STDs? I sure would keep my distance from sex in a post apocalyptic wasteland - it's just a matter of survival.
