Toecutters helme

Hey folks, maybe you can help me with something>
Toecutters helmet, the right side, it looks like there's lettering scratched into it - its hard to make out, but any idea what its supposed to say?

I know PacificMuscle here on the forum knows the owner of the original prop, I’d ask him for additional photos.

His helmet has a small ax.
This ax hurt a helmet.
