More details about the motorbikes in the openning sequence?

I've tried searching for some solid information about the bikes used in the opening sequence, but come up empty handed.

There's plenty about Dementus' rotary engined chopper, and tid-bits about the other bikes used by his gang, but nothing on the Thunder Bike or the other two. It feels like a real shame there isn't an art book or more behind the scenes footage regarding the vehicles creation
