Dude I gotta say this:
Even though you haven't explained the logic behind this one I can already see it in the build (be it correctly or not!).

This vehicle feels like it's made to get in front of other vehicles and blast them with whatever you put in that turret station in the back.
It makes perfect sense to me, twin engines to get in front, reinforced turret station in the back for maximum blast of whoever's behind (more weapons maybe?). Especially because it looks like you're putting a flamethrower in the back of it, which cannot be shot forwards. Repurposed truck wheels are a nice touch.
