Need more info.
What size engine?
What size and type of super charger?
How much max. boost do you want?
Pump gas or race fuel?
Roots type superchargers displace a set volume per revolution.
A 3 lobe 4-71 displaces 275cu & a 3 lobe 6-71 is 410cu.
Remember a 4 stroke 351 displace 175 per revolution.

Oh please no mention of the Electric Supercharger guys...the orignal scam artist!
"I smell electrical burn"
Too bad the forum doesn't parse URLs so I can click on them or something.
YEAH! Roots intercooler...need that, so many people don't know about these. Its amazing people don't know that the Ford Lightning and the new Mustang Cobra both are intercooled...sad shame.

I don't have any first hand knowledge about the electric superchargers, but you get what you pay for.
If I went electric, I'd rather have the biggest DC motor that would fit in an empty 6-71 case. It could be part time power assist with a few batteries and a one way/over rider type clutch on the crankshaft.
That's one way to keep the movie correct appearance.
Copy and pasting works OK but I wish it would parse them too. It works on other forums.
The factory set ups all seem to have intercoolers these days. The Superchiller is supposed to be worth 100HP @ 9psi. The downside is the $1850 cost.

The problem with the electrics are they draw way too much current...and that one was the first one...everything else is an Ebay scam based off of fans for boat ventialtion.
I'm not sure if GM's usage of the Eatons have intercoolers...but I know Ford has them. But in conversations some people are like "There is no such thing as intercooling roots blowers", then they get pointed to the Eaton M112 setup...and the dunce cap is put on.
I think the one thing missing is the hydro-chargers...the superchargers that used fluid to spin them up? I've seen a few, they spin up quick.
