Who's this Toecutter gang member?

We're planning to cover all of the Toecutter gang on the Mad Max In Character podcast, and its being fun to match the well known faces to their bikes and their helmets. This one is stumping me though - is it one of the named gang, or one of the extras who were there for the trashing of the Chevy?

The yellow helmets pretty distinctive, can it be seen in any other scenes? (I don't remember it standing out)
