Who were Pismo and Angie?
Who were Pismo and Angie?
Yeah, doing research for the Mad Max In Character podcast, reading the MM2 script, these two characters are named. Are they actually in the film, but not given names? If so, who were they please?
Re: Who were Pismo and Angie?
I think they are, but I can't tell for sure. Here are my 3 picks:
Pismo may very well be the guy with the green bandana that gets pushed aside while Curmudgeon walks through to say "He's a reasonable man, open for negotiation!".
In the script Curmudgeon pushes both Pismo and Angie to get through. In the movie there's the guy with the green bandana and the butcher lady.
Then again ther's a couple standing on the tanker in the wide shot in the same scene. A guy looking similar to the dude with the green bandana and a girl with a bow dressed in purple. Might be Angie.
Either way, neither Pismo or Angie are credited in the movie, their characters were reduced to a background, so those are my picks.

Re: Who were Pismo and Angie?
Hmmm... interesting. Okay, in my mind then, Pismo is green bandana and Angie is the butcher lady. Many thanks!
