Anyone excited for the new Blade Runner ?
...and do you think it can live up to the original..?
Re: Anyone excited for the new Blade Runner ?
I for one am excited. And I hope it is as good as the original. However, I can envision some horrible plot lines that I would not like to see. Fingers crossed!

I'm also excited to see the new Blade Runner 2049. The first one was a very good movie. And, at least, Harrison Ford is in this one again.
"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

Yeah, the film is getting rave reviews.
There's already a comparison to Fury Road regarding its Oscar chances...

...and it's good

Saw it yesterday.
It's magnificent.
Makes Fury Road look like a kid's cartoon. It's real movie making. It's bleak, it's tragic, and it's completely immersive. The story is all there, it's highly emotional, and the effects are just staggering.

I think it's a very good continuation to the first Blade Runner.
Almost perfect, but Denis Villeneuve doesn't quite make it to the finish line.
In the last 20 minutes the film is falling apart a little, but overall I am very happy with this sequel.
